Did you know that the best way to feed your dog - dry dog food, is WET, and if you did not know that, then you should.
If you feed your dog with dry food then it should be soaked prior to feeding, and a bowl of fresh drinking water should also be provided in a seperate bowl.
Do not soak dry food that contains CITRIC ACID as this can actually increase the chances of bloat.
The reason the food should be soaked is because it expands when mixed with water, if fed dry then the food will expand in the dogs stomach, this can lead to BLOAT.
We think dog food manufacturers should make buyers aware of this, what do you think ?
