Here at Kyloni, we like to think that all our puppies have the best possible start to life that we can give them.

This starts with having both parents hip scored and the father heamophilia tested. We have now also started having our stock elbow scored.

We believe in responsible ownership and encourage puppy socialisation and training, if we think that this can not be given then we will decline to offer a puppy.

We have our puppies cardiology checked by a canine cardiologist for extra piece of mind for us and new owners, We are one of the first, if not the first GSD breeder in the UK to do cardiology checks as standard on all our litters and breeding stock,  although heart defects are not common in shepherds, like any other breed, it can happen, and it is extremely difficult for a VET to hear if a puppy has a murmur when it is young due to the heart rhythm. Usually a heart condition from birth would not be covered by any pet insurance, and this is why it is important to us to ensure that our puppies have the cardiology check.. Every puppy comes with its own cardiology report signed by the specialist..

All our puppies are KC registered and come with 6 weeks free pet insurance, a 4 generation pedigree , the cardiologists report, a BETA puppy food and information pack and are  tattooed and wormed with Panacur paste. Every puppy comes with a new unused tube of Panacur worming paste.

We do not let our puppies go early, they have to be at least 8 weeks old, but we do encourage new owners to visit the puppies as regularly as they wish to familiarise themselves with their new puppy and the other litter mates. We encourage new owners to bring their children with them this help the children and puppy to start bonding early.

All our puppies are socialised with people, children and other breeds, and are taken on car journeys to help eliminate travel sickness.
